Mobile Beauty Supply offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item (with some exceptions).

Items Purchased Online
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@mobilebeautysupply.com
- Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Condition of Returnable Items
- Items must be in original condition and packaging, including all paperwork, manuals, and accessories.
- Defaced or damaged items are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Damaged Items
If you receive damaged goods or encounter damage during shipping, contact Customer Service at customerservice@mobilebeautysupply.com before taking further action.
Refund Payment
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping costs are refunded only for items shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
Packing List
Include the packing list that came with your order when returning the item or visiting the store.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exceptions to Regular Returns
Health & Hygiene Items
No returns are accepted for:
- Hair extensions
- Body jewelry and piercing implements
- Clipper blades and other blades
- Shears
- Nail polish
- Fashion earrings
Electrical Items
- Can only be returned within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects.
- Appliances purchased after 60 days with a 1-year manufacturer warranty cannot be returned to stores.
- Only malfunctioning appliances will be replaced. If the appliance is functional, it will be returned to the customer.
Clippers and Trimmers
- All sales are final.
- Refunds or exchanges are allowed only for unused items in original packaging with a receipt, within 7 days of purchase.
Promotional and Free Items
- Must be returned along with the merchandise they were offered with.
- Promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
